POSITIONING THE PRACTICE.
Lightwood Dental is a forward thinking practice in Buxton, Derbyshire. They work to very impressive professional standards.
They approached us to discuss the creation of a company video to promote their practice, illustrate their approach to dentistry and with the aim of attracting new clients.
After discussing the project with the partners, I suggested relating the story and success of the practice through interviews with their clients, keeping the content very personal (Lightwood Dental prides itself on good customer service and we wanted to capture that). We filmed and interviewed 11 patients, having them arrive in slots over 3 evenings. We were very impressed with the stories we heard from them and it was obvious in each testimonial that this practice was really valued amongst its patients.
We produced 11 stand alone video testimonials and used a selection of them in the accompanying Brand film.
